what is a good diet plan? right now i want to bulk up so; i consume 1200 callories a day, burn 2-300 cal on cardio and left heavily for 1hr and more depending on how long i decide to stay on a routine. and this goes on for 5 days a week.....also should i consume my reguler intake of 1200 cals on non workout days?

Severe!!! Malnutrition
hey bro! just lookin out for ya. 1200 is too severe man. thats like woa!!
if you've been eating 1200 for a while, bump it up. you might put on some water weight initially but your body just needs to re-adjust to what it should have been getting all along.
You need at least 1800 just to breath and function WITHOUT moving a muscle (that you can control). meaning your heart, lungs, breathing, creating cells. When you add food into that, you burn even more calories just digesting the food and turning it into energy. add that with TRAINING 2-3 hours a day.. WOWZER :)
add all that to your young age :) bam!
you definitely need to bump up those calories baby!
in my honest opinion of course

The amount of calories you
The amount of calories you should take realy depends on youre bodystats. Such as weight, bodyfat, height, and age. If you could give me some of that information i could say what would be the amount of calories you'd need to bulk up with on resting days, aswell as training days.
But i wonder, what do you see as bulking up? Do you mean gaining mass, with mostly muscle or do you mean lowering youre bodyfat? Although, i both cases 1200 calories a day is realy not enough. But also, depending on youre bodystats.
If you eat less then you burn you will lose weight. If you eat more then about 500 - 600 calories les then you need, youre body might be trying to save all fat mass from being used in training, so it is most likely that at this point you will only gain weight...

mass
i am trying to build muscle mass. i dont care if i get fat cause we both know its easy to burn it off (just burn more calories than what you consume), i am 209 now, 16.12% of body fat (thought it would be more), i am 5'9, 19 years old. i lift real heavy but you know its not squat without the right nutrition.
Well looking at youre
Well looking at youre stats.. i'd say you can eaily eat 3500 calories on resting days and up to 4000 calories on training days. Trust me, this looks a lot compared to the 1200 (omg) you take daily, but this will surely help you grow.
To be honest with ya. Here in holland we have a women who made some 'miracle' diet plan to lose bodyfat, and some people found out a women useing this diet to lose weight ate about 1000 calories a day.. So you would deffenitly be eating way to little to make muscle mass.
try eating what you eat now, only 3x as much.. lol
