my biceps used to be the biggest body parts i have. it seems like i am having trouble with both my biceps with triceps. they are not growing as they used to. everything else is blowing up but not my arms. their is hardly any pain in my arms any more after i work out. should i isolate both biceps and triceps?

Are you a person which, just
Are you a person which, just like my does not work his arms with isolation exercises? With that i mean you only use youre biceps when training back and only use the triceps when training chest? If so.. it could be a good idea to add an 'arms' day in youre weekly routine.
Also the other way around. If you already have an 'arms' day it could be very well possible that you are overtraining youre arms.. If you have an 'arms' day i would suggest getting rid of it for some time and see how that works.
I myself switch a lot between these weekly routines and i noticed that when i have not traint arms sepperatly my biceps did indeed grow a little, aswell as my triceps. And as soon as i switched to adding an 'arms' day it helped me to be able to stimulate the biceps and triceps even more.
I would not recomment doing more then 10 sets for biceps and 10 sets for triceps if you are doing a sepperate arms day.
Most importantly, remember to do the exercises in good form! This puts more pressure on youre bi's and tri's. Also when working biceps, try not to use youre forearms by realy squeezing the dumbell's grip. Have a loose grip, just enough to hold the dumbell and keep youre wrist in line with youre forearm. Now if ou look at youre form aswell with this, you should feel the biceps much better then u used to..
Good Luck!

yeah, i notice that. i
yeah, i notice that. i always grip the dumbells too tight. and wen it comes to the bar i keep leaning back words and forwards but i never knew it would cause my bicep growths to slow down so much.
Remember that muscle growth
Remember that muscle growth is not stimulated by useing more weight.. of course its important to use as much weight as you can to get the amount of reps neaded, but keep useing a proper form. A little cheating isnt that bad, just dont overdo it!
