Jamo often recommends the Warm Up and Beginner Workout if you are just starting out. There is even an ab specific workout for helping to tighten your core. Coming back after a pregnancy can be tough sometimes, so be patient and persevere. You can do it!
I do work with a lot of ladies that are in the same situation as you . It can be very hard sometimes to do , BUT I really think you can do it if you get the right support from your enviroment . The good news is we here to help you ...here is some tips that you can use .
First as you know its a team work , if you have your hubby helping you that would be great .
You need to organize yourself in a way where everything is cooked ahead of time . I know the baby takes most of your time , but this is how you have to think of it
1: I need the right fuel to be able to get a lot of energy
2: I need to be eating healthy is I want this baby to grow Health and strong .
3: I need to exercise no matter what is the day is like , I will find 30 minutes every day to do some form of exercises .
We have a lot of routine taht you can do at home, you don't to go to the gym if you can't !
4 : Plan your food (you need help with that Shoot me a blog and I will answer you
5 : PLAN AHEAD,PLAN AHEAD,PLAN AHEAD !!
We here to help you and coach you through it . If all the woman I train do it , You can do it ..Even if Im a virtual Trainer . Let me know what you think ..God Bless You
Personally I think people don't talk about it enough. Some people have a really hard time dealing with getting back into shape after having a baby. And some newborns and toddlers can be very, very demanding on your time and sleep for the first couple of years, compounding the difficulty in getting back into shape. And if a new mom is breastfeeding, it can be really hard to strike the right balance of nutrition to support the baby and to try and lose pregnancy pounds at the same time. I find that a lot of people just say "well I'll just starve myself even though I am already tired and burnt out" and that can just cause even worse health problems over the long term. I wish you all the best and there are probably a few more of our members that will answer your post.
