if i were to go on this diet would i lose muscle as well as fat. u know by eatin only protien and lettin my body feed off my fat storage 2 get its energy as i will not b eatin ne carbs? does it work. will i lose wateva muscle i already have? or will it actualy burn fat n build muscle?

I have tried the atkins diët before and it true the first 2-3 weeks you lose weight pretty fast, it lvl's out after a while.
But i doubt it was all fat loss + when you quite the diët the weight flies back on faster then you lost it.
i must say i wasnt working out at that time, but i was feeling pretty weak so working out when depriving my body of a nutrient like carbs would have made me weaker all the same.
A balanced meal plan and exercice is the only way to go.
