i heard from a trainer that theres some ab exercises women cant do, in case they gonna get pregnant...is that true???? he sayin that gettin too ripped could give insane pains
if yes, then which exercises??
the craziest thing I have ever heard... Fire that trainer before he says women shouldn't lift more than 10 lbs... CRAZY... In my opinion, you want a strong core and to do that you need to build abs.
A womens body will adapt to pregnancy. If a woman has been working out pre-pregnancy and then she gets pregnant it is okay to workout up until her third trimester, abs included.
The only way you will not succeed is if you don't try...
I actually heard that exercise reduces cramps and helps your uterus because of the muscles of the abdomen and their increased blood flow. Where did the trainer get their info? Be the judge of your experience, I feel do what works for you.
Increase the peace.

I can only say that I wish
I can only say that I wish I'd had better abs when I was pregnant - might have taken the strain off my back!!!
That is...
