Abs workout

Hi, it's been 3 months since i began making exercise, and i've noticed many changes in my body, but the one that is taking me to post this are my abs, i'm making daily workout in my abs and don't see great change. I wonder if you could help me with a good and efficient workout.

your abs needs rest just like any other muscle in the body....its growin when you're resting...it needs 48 hours at least to recover....abs are a good workout combined with a good diet....
the abs circuit Julien showed is a good, i do it twice a week...

but still...let your abdominals rest...it needs to recover as much as any other muscle...it cant grow if it dont rest
