hey guys,
i was just wondering on your thoughts on the Ab King Pro, would yous use it? what do u think of it?
i was thinking of getting one, but wasn't sure if it would be worth it, so i wanted some feed back on this topic.

this is just my opinion, hope it help...

just buy a ball for it(you can do more body parts)...
