14 (almost 15) and fitnessing good or bad?

Hello everyone I'm 14 years old and I fitness 3 to 4 times a week, I train everything in the upper body but I heard from one of my cousins he did the same but het got injured allot. Is it wise to go through with fitnessing or should I wait untill I get older??

i started bout that age and havnt gotten an injuries ur cousin might of used bad form, use bad form and ur certainly gonna hurt urself
