Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!

I underwent two mammograms and two ultrasounds with results by two different doctors requesting the same follow-up procedure for further diagnosis.
