"Fit Life"

Everyday we go threw life in such hurry and not realizing the choices we make because we are running here running there and going crazy. I think its great to be in a hurry but its also time to also realize we have to make GOOD CHOICES, with what we EAT and what we SAY and most of all how we TREAT OTHERS. I dont have all the answer and not the best at making the right choices and boy I havnt treated people in the best way all the time, but NOW this is a way for us as group to do just that, "Express Ourselves" talking and help our TRIBE out by making GOOD CHOICES and leading a LIFESTYLE filled with GREAT HEALTH and HAPPINESS!

½ cup of maltodextrin powder
4 oz unsweetened orange juice
1/8 tsp orange extract
12 oz of water or skim milk (depending on your protein and caloric needs)
