Fat2Fit

This is a group for everyone that may have fell off the fitness wagon (like myself). Let's get out this fat and start back into a much better fitness lifestyle! We'll have good days and bad days but let's keep consistent. Don't fall off the (fitness) wagon!

I will start posting my trek on www.ClarkBartram.com. I'm tentatively scheduled to film my initial weigh-in on Tuesday and hopefully have it posted this upcoming week. I will then go in front of the camera approx every 30 days.

Goodness Gracious! Hi Guys. It's been a WILD June and early July with the business. We had some great experiences in Arizona and Oklahoma in June. It was A LOT of work though. Paid off though. However, it did take a toll on getting in the gym (or lack thereof). Had to make some hard decisions with the business this month but they've been made.

Great Group Idea!

When Scenes Are Not What's Seen

The older I get, the more I think. My kids (I say 'mine' even though I know they belong to someone else) these kids remind me to look within for answers. In my Literary Genre class, we think a great deal. It may not always go in the ways I had aimed for, but the outcomes are always what we ALL needed in that moment.

Busy, busy

Happy Halloween!

Been awhile since I had time or made time to blog. Got lots of irons in the fire. Took some time off training and feel even better. Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!

Hello everyone
First I would like to say hello to everyone at MFT and apologize for not being able to be around here . I have been back to my country after 22 years. Seeing my family and my friends after 22 years was really what I needed. I got really burned out on working like crazy and forgot what was important in life. Now I feel good and fully charged to be back here and the new upcoming jamcoretraining.com site stay tuned to see it . God bless you all and Im glad im back here .
