Exercise Name: Two Arm Cable Curve

Equipment and/or Primary Target: Arm Cables

Muscles Exercised: Biceps

Start with your back facing the machine and each hand holding a cable grip. Lean your body slightly forward keeping your shoulders and back straight. Then pull the cables upward toward your chest using only your elbow joints. Slowly curl your arms up then slowly bring them down.
