This exercise is brought to you By IFBB pro Cynthia Bridges and Patty Spencer . Patty demonstrate a very creative shoulder movement that target all the three heads of the deltoids muscle .
It focuses on the front of the shoulder but in 3 different ways. While standing raise your right arm and feel your shoulder squeeze, then lower it down. Then raise your left arm straight out while feeling the squeeze then back down. Then cross the center line of your body with your arm raises. Repeat this exercise with 12 raises on each side making 24 all together.
