Equipment And/Or Primary Target: Basic Cable Pulley

Muscles Exercised: Biceps and Forearms

Start by grabbing the pulley bar. Lean back and pull the cable toward your chest while keeping your elbows in. Don't lean back too much. Squeeze as hard as you can while cautiously releasing the cable back toward the machine.
