Exercise Name: Over Head Lunge
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Cable Stack
Muscles Exercised: Glutes, Quads
Grab the cable bars with both arms. Put one foot in front. Lean your self forward on one leg. Slowly lift yourself back up and place your other leg in front and repeat this. Repetitions of 15 is suggested for each arm, 30 total.
