Coaching Points
When performing this exercise be sure to keep your elbow stationary, and try not to move it all over the place.
Make sure you choose a bench with a low enough backrest that it does not interfere with the dumbbell movement.
Choose a dumbbell weight, and sit yourself at the bench. Raise the dumbbell over your head lower it to neck level as shown in the video, and then extend your arm straight focusing on the triceps muscle movement. Return and repeat and perform the same amount of repetitions with the other arm. Make sure to choose a very light weight if you have not performed this exercise before as it can put a lot of strain on your elbow joint.
