Exercise Name: Medicine Ball Push Up
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Medicine Ball
Muscles Exercised: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Get in push up position next to the medicine ball. Place the medicine ball under your right hand and do a push up. Then roll the ball under your left hand and do another push up. After the left and right hand push ups, it is optional to spring up with your hands and clap behind your back.
