Exercise Name: Medicine Ball Push Up With Body Twist

Equipment and/or Primary Target: Medicine Ball

Muscles Exercised: Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Chest

This entire exercise is formed into one motion. First grab the medicine ball with both hands. Lift it with your knees. Raise the med-ball above your head and in the opposite motion, put the ball back down. Then in one motion quickly turn around to face the opposite way of the ball following a twist back to into push up position on the med-ball. Then do a push up and immediately and repeat the process.
