Exercise Name: Lying Leg Curls
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Leg Machine
Muscles Exercised: Hamstrings
First make sure the bench is lowered on the opposite side of the bar press. Then lay down on the bench with the back of your legs against the bar. Keep grip of the handle bars beneath the front of the lowered side. Then bring the bar up using your hamstring muscles. After that, slowly bring them back down. Remember to keep your legs muscles tight when doing this exercise.
