Equipment and/or Primary Target: Leg Press Machine
Muscles Exercised: Quads
Sit on the leg press machine and press your feet on the press. Make sure your knees are alined with your toes or you could seriously injure your knees. Push using your legs and extend your legs. Slowly bend your knees back.
