Exercise Name: Leg Extensions

Equipment and/or Primary Target: Leg Machine

Muscles Exercised: Quads

Sit down at the machine and put your shins against the shin brace. Grip the handles on the side of the chair. Lift your legs up tightening your quads. Hold them for a moment then bring your legs back down tightening your legs.
