Exercise Name: Lateral Pull down

Equipment and/or Primary Target: Pull down Machine

Muscles Exercised: Back, Biceps

Start by grabbing the bar using an underhand grip so you do not strain your lats with too much weight. Sit down on the bench locking your thighs into the thigh pads. Lean back slightly and pull the bar down to your chest. The ideal motion for this exercise is for your arm to go down and back.
