Exercise Name: Hanging Leg Raises
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Arm Slings
Muscles Exercised: Abdominal Muscles
Put your arms in the Slings. Grip the ropes holding the slings. Now while hanging, lift your legs while tightening your stomach to form an L. Then bring them down to a free hang. A set of 25 is recommended.
