Exercise Name: Hack Squat
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Squat Machine
Muscles Exercised: Lower Quads, outer quads
Start by lying down on the squat machine. Grip the handles on the weight bar. Lower yourself slowly as you bend your knees and extend them back out pushing your body back up. Also remember to keep your back straight while doing this exercise.
