Exercise Name: Front Raise Shrugs
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Barbell
Muscles Exercised: Trapezius
Grab a barbell and bring it up. (Lift with your knees) Start by holding the barbell with your palms facing your body. Keep your back straight. Then just pull the barbell upward pushing your elbows outward. Bring the barbell to your chin and then slowly bring it down with your arms extending downward.

not good for the wrists!
it hurts on my wrist doing this excersise. I suggest at least to use EZ-bar.
