Exercise Name: Deadlift
Equipment and/or Primary Target: Barbell
Muscles Exercised: Back
Walk in front of the barbell and start with bent legs, hips down, and your head up. While holding the barbell in squat position, extend through to standing position. It is very important to keep your hips down and head up through out the range of motions.
