Exercise Name: Butt Jumps
Equipment and/or primary target: Legs and Glutes / Stationary Box
Muscles Exercised: Legs and Glutes
First put your right foot on the box and left foot on the ground. From here hop and rotate your body clockwise so that your left foot is on the box and your right foot is on the ground.Continue this motion starting from the beginning. The Box Jumps are a very effective Plyo-metric exercise that build nice legs and Butt.
