Exercise Name: Box Jumps
Equipment and/or primary target: Legs and Glutes / Stationary Box
Muscles Exercised: Legs and Glutes
First face the box then hold the medicine ball close to your chest. Jump onto the box and squat then jump off the box to your normal position and squat. Repeat this motion as fast as possible.
