Exercise Name: Balance Ball Pull-ups
Equipment and/or primary target: latissimus dorsi, Pull-up Bar
Muscles Exercised: latissimus dorsi "lats"
First place the stability ball at the base of the pull up bar. Place your feet on the stability ball using the pull up bar to stabilize yourself and pull yourself up. Try not to use your legs to push, rely on you arms and "lats". Do three sets of 15.
