I came to US from Russia 12 years ago. Graduated from ASU with Finance and Marketing degrees. Worked in real estate till I decided that I wanted to be in Fitness. I've been a personal trainer for the past 3 years and love every moment of it.

've met my personal trainer who changed my body, life style and opened my eyes on many different opportunities in fitness industry. She brought so many positive aspects into my life.

I love what I see :) I love sharing my experience with other people and see my positive infulence on them. I feel so much healthier and energized right now.
How I Stay Motivated
Exercise makes me feel great in every single aspect of it. Training for competition makes me goal oriented.
