EEK!

Goodness Gracious! Hi Guys. It's been a WILD June and early July with the business. We had some great experiences in Arizona and Oklahoma in June. It was A LOT of work though. Paid off though. However, it did take a toll on getting in the gym (or lack thereof). Had to make some hard decisions with the business this month but they've been made.

Had to make them in order to have some "me" time. The Los Angeles show is sometime in October (don't have an exact date yet). It's my goal to at least lose about 30-40lbs of fat by the time I get to LA. That's roughly about 12 weeks from now. We'll see how it goes.
