LISTEN UP!!! heres the deal last night i was looking at pics from when i was only 165 pounds shredded to the bone.. and it made me a little depressed because now i am 190 right around 10 or 12% body fat and it got to me.i gota 4 pack but its still freaked me out.
i used to be fat like 230 and i made the GOAL to achieve a six pack i did and i was 165 pounds from there my goal is to make it to 210 (bulk) and thats to put on solid muscle and YES a little fat.. but you have to realize that this is the nature of the beast! this is the sport or lifestyle i chose. my good friend told me this morning that "you look good and the hardest part of this lifestyle is the mental game, you even said that and you need to learn this tip now and it will save yourself from misery and stress", he continued to say that i am always going to look like poop at the End of the day compared to my "real physique" simply because all of the liquid and food i have eatin through the day.thats the price you "pay" for keeping your metabolism up because its always working to digest your food". and that made alot of sense
so take this for what its worth and believe me when i say there is a light at the end of the tunnel! set your goals stick to your goals and they WILL pay off in the end!!!
p.s i was back in the poitve groove this morning and i am a beast >>>>>HAHA <<<<<
