Latest Group TopicsHaven't been here in a while...sorryPosted August 15th, 2008 by Clark BartramHey guys, not trying to ignore anyone, just been busy working on my new web site. Don't worry Jamo and I are teamed up as I'm working with the guys who built MFT. Anyway, onto my thoughts. I'm getting ready to turn 45 here in just a few weeks and I must say I feel great. I do have some wrinkles I didn't used to, I am looking older but I feel I am aging gracefully as they say. It is all a direct result of being involved in a fitness lifestyle, drinking my water, thinking happy and positive thoughts and just living a clean and positive life. Maybe I need to chane the title of my forum!!??Posted March 20th, 2008 by Clark BartramI have nobody in my forum, what do you guys want to talk about and I'll switch my topic to that.. Fit Over 40!Posted February 17th, 2008 by Clark Bartram in
I've been in fitness my entire life, in one respect or another...football, rugby, bodybuilding ect...I imagine most all of us have been. I've learned over the years that "less is more" when it comes to being truly healthy. When I was really serious about bodybuilding I was probably the least healthy I've ever been. I'm 44 now and I have found, over the last year, that the more relaxed about my fitness regimen, the more fit I actually become. Member BlogsHappy late Thanksgiving Day!Posted November 30th, 2008 by sassyonyxWe went to see my mom and sister in Arkansas. Haven't seen them in 3 years. Kenny took Tonia, baby Rylee, and me up there. It was a good trip. We had lots of goodies to eat. Glad to say I only gained one pound. Got hives from the white chocolate and cheeses I knew i wasn't supposed to eat, but ah, well. Sometimes it is worth it. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I am all set on go for Christmas. Tree is up, presents bought, time to sit back and enjoy the hustle and bustle of everyone else. Kenny won't be home Christmas this year. He will be leaving for Angola, Africa the 10th. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) VideoPosted November 26th, 2008 by Gary WarrenI'm getting more questions as to what type of manual therapy I do. Well, here you go boys and girls, one of the few authorized videos allowed by the school. FMI Future FormatPosted November 25th, 2008 by Gary WarrenHello Gang, We at Fitness and Sports Network (FAS-NET) decided to drop the competition segment of the FAS-NET's Fitness Model International production. Our focus has always been fitness/sports model development and networking them to those that have the ability to hire or represent them for hire. After 2 years of fitness competition shows, it has become obvious that as long as the competition element exists, participants will be distracted with trying to win the competition rather than the teachings being given for them to succeed in the industry. |
