Clark Bartram - Fitness For Life

My aim in creating this group is to hopefully provide you with tools and information to help you in many areas of your life be it, physically, spiritually, or whatever. I've been in this industry a long time and feel that I have created some products that can help you in many ways.
Be sure to watch my exercises right here on MFT and listen to my video blogs and also keep an eye out for my books, DVD's, television show and whatever else I come up with. Bottom line here...anything I create was meant to help you in some area of your life. So, let's have some fun and see what happens.

Haven't been here in a while...sorry

Hey guys, not trying to ignore anyone, just been busy working on my new web site. Don't worry Jamo and I are teamed up as I'm working with the guys who built MFT. Anyway, onto my thoughts. I'm getting ready to turn 45 here in just a few weeks and I must say I feel great. I do have some wrinkles I didn't used to, I am looking older but I feel I am aging gracefully as they say. It is all a direct result of being involved in a fitness lifestyle, drinking my water, thinking happy and positive thoughts and just living a clean and positive life.

Maybe I need to chane the title of my forum!!??

I have nobody in my forum, what do you guys want to talk about and I'll switch my topic to that..

Fit Over 40!

Clark Bartram's picture

I've been in fitness my entire life, in one respect or another...football, rugby, bodybuilding ect...I imagine most all of us have been. I've learned over the years that "less is more" when it comes to being truly healthy. When I was really serious about bodybuilding I was probably the least healthy I've ever been. I'm 44 now and I have found, over the last year, that the more relaxed about my fitness regimen, the more fit I actually become.

When Scenes Are Not What's Seen

The older I get, the more I think. My kids (I say 'mine' even though I know they belong to someone else) these kids remind me to look within for answers. In my Literary Genre class, we think a great deal. It may not always go in the ways I had aimed for, but the outcomes are always what we ALL needed in that moment.

Busy, busy

Happy Halloween!

Been awhile since I had time or made time to blog. Got lots of irons in the fire. Took some time off training and feel even better. Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!

“The Importance of Mammograms”
By Teri LaFaye
c September 27, 2009

After a recent mammogram that came back abnormal, I became more and more convinced of how little I knew about breast cancer prevention. I underwent two mammograms and two ultrasounds with results by two different doctors requesting the same follow-up procedure for further diagnosis.
