Entering "The zone"....

Most of us have an idea about how to train and which exercises to use for a specific purpose. At all times the fitness world is exploding with new ways of achieving that perfect physical shape. Which is great !

But behind all that... Which factor is it that drives the whole mill ?... The MIND SET !
When we enter the gym it is extremely important to be totally focused at the upcoming workout. After long hours of hard work at the office or the like - how do we obtain that mental "sharpness" ?

Well... One way to get there is just by giving yourself 5-10 minutes in a quiet area with no disturbances. Here - the aim is to sit back and close your eyes. Then start emptying your mind for every thought that might appear.

When your head is completely at rest and empty. Fill it up with the task at hand. Force your focus and concentration in THAT direction.

NOW you´re ready to give it your best shot and thereby get the best results ! :-)

Meditation has been long known... But how do WE as fitness athletes use this extreme well of power and awareness to reach beyond our goals and limits ?...

A very interesting subject that I will elaborate on in the coming future...

there is one product on the market today that stands miles above the best selling pre-workout and energy enhancers in the market and that product is = IPOD !!! i personally use this bad boy to get me focused and in the zone , theres no better way to pump yourself up than listening to some fast paced adrenaline music or any of the rocky soundtracks lol !!!

Hehehe... That´s another way to do it !

I also use it myself once in a while - depending on my mood :-)
