Martial Arts & Optimized flexibility

Did you know there is more than one way to improve flexibility ? Especially for higher kicking in the martial arts. Here "dynamic-moves" - spanding through the full range of motion from bottom to top are one of the best !
Just remember to involve the hip - but still carefully and gradually :-)

..Samir , you will be surprised that tons of people don't stretch or don't know how to stretch . Woman tend to stretch more than men . Stretching do help a lot in recovery , growth and endurance I wish everyone could listen .

You´re absolutely right, Jamo. Also - I do believe that one can actually get a more "athletic" look by fascilitating the correct techniques of stretching. And it has SO many other cool benefits, like elevated mood, decreased numbers of injuries, better blood flow, recovery and improved flow of oxygen to both muscles and brain. Some people even states that stretching puts them in a "floating" mood and state. I believe this body reaction alone will attract more people in time - once displayed and presented in the right way. The greatest thing about stretching is the mobility and "readyness" it creates in the whole body :-)
