European Fitness - Exploding ! :-)
Hey Guys,
I just wanted to tell you that Europe has a big boom coming up in the fitness genre !
What you guys have had for a decade - Europeans are going to have the next... Personal trainers are becoming more and more popular over here s well. :-)
I hope everybody is enjoying life and training as never before - working out is a great lifestyle !
And then a lot of greetings to all you nice, hardworking fitness people here at MFT - what a great place to be :-)

i agree...
here in denmark, personal training is gettin more and more popular, but still most people wont pay more than $57-$67 per hour...theres a long way to go before denmark reaches the $150 per hour rate...
denmark is not the place, if you wanna make good money being a trainer, at least not yet, and i think it will take years...
there are few places like FitnessDK that charges about $134 per hour, but not many young people wants to pay that much for an hour of sweat haha...its more like the 50-65 year olds that are willing to pay to get in shape, knowing they are helping themselves staying young, as they get older...
you cant really get a fulltime job being a personal trainer, nor a fitness instructor, its mostly part time over here...
but i agree, more people seem to get in better shape, after the tv shows "You are what you eat" - "Biggest loser" etc...
even tho i think we should for once get some tv shows that actually represent people who wants to gain muscle mass...
would be cool...instead of losing weight...

Dollars still a good price to pay for a trainer , this is the going rate here too in LA , some people train 35 dollars ..you have to be really unique to charge 150 bucks an hour , with that you need to be able to provide your clientele with everything including a private studios where they won't be bothered !!!
