hello everybody :) its been long time i didn't post a blog its due to the studies :) anyway ..
am here to ask Jamo if he can demonstrate the Cable chest cross over exercise i just wanna see the right way :)
one more favor guys n girls is it ok to start consuming protein powder, amino acid and L-glut, while am just beginner or i have to start consume after period of time ?
another tiny Q hehe.. (I miss u guys thats y i have to ask ) my Q is is safe to use CLA , coz am concern in burning the fat around my stomach its quit stubborn fatttt hehehe ..
last but not least.. being in this website had thought me how to exercise and eat proper food just like PROFS , am very thankful for that , eventho am not having any major changes except that i lost few Kgs and am still maintaining it ... oh ya the other day I've been to the gym in campus i saw big guys but they were swinging in every exercise they do and i was like thanks god that am on the right track :)

Yes you can start consuming some whey protein and some Glutamine within your diet , CLA i had some results with it the ebst time to take it is before your meal try to keep it to a minimum 2 capsules a day is more than enough . Again you NEED TO TRAIN RIGHT AND EAT RIGHT BEFORE YOU START TAKING SUPPS ..IF YOU DON'T THEY WON'T WORK !
