Does anyone have a must do exercise during your training ?

For me it is:

Chest: Incline dumbbell press
Back: T-bar row
Legs: finishing with walking dumbbell lunges
Shoulders: seated barbell press
Triceps: dumbbell skull crushers
Biceps: Incline dumbbell curls

Legs: 45 degree hack squats
Biceps: incline bench alternating dumbbell curls
Triceps: overhead 1 arm dumbbell extensions

Back- Pull Ups
Legs- Leg Press
Shoulders- Lat Raises
Triceps- Pressdowns
Biceps-Standing Alternate DB curls
oh and abs....... reverse crunches

Triceps: Lying Triceps Extensions
