Headaches and nose bleeds
Posted March 28th, 2009 by willbefit
Just recently I have noticed that I have been getting a headache when I get up from leg press, or from squatting. It used to be just a little light headedness after standing up, but now a headache. A minute of deep breathing and it goes away.
Yesterday (friday) I was doing lying leg curls. As I finished my last rep I noticed a drop of blood on my hand. I then noticed it came from me.
Has this ever happened to anyone else after exerting alot of energy during a lift ?

vitamin K
can help with nose bleeds.
You get Vitamin K through leafy green vegetables. Kale, leeks, turnip greens, spinach, lettuces are excellent sources.
google it and get a better list.
Nose bleeds are not something to ignore though, Go to the doctor if you don't see relief. You may have high blood pressure or a sinus infection.
Take care.

Breathing...
As everyone will say...."Breathe"..
When you start to struggle, start to think, and breathe, and it will actually make the weight move easier.
Lesson learned...
"Without a goal and a plan, you are like a ship setting sail with not destination."
