Training 9/8

Just woke up at 4:15 am. Later then I wanted, but it will have to do won't it. Just had two of my egg cupcakes. Yep, cupcakes. Will explain later. Getting ready to go and get my legs demolished. Legs are always fun.

The plan for this week is a 5 day training week.

day 1 legs
day 2 chest
day 3 back
day 4 shoulders
day 5 off
day 6 arms bi's, tri's
day 7 off

Abs every other day.

That is the plan anyway. We will see how it works, and what the trainers say about it. They may suggest something totally different. Will update when I get back. Time to go......

Guess I was wrong...today was chest and back...lol

started with a tri set, or what ever we call it.

4 sets 15-20 reps

Barbell Bench Press
Push ups with feet on a box
Incline Dumbbell press

4 sets 15-20 reps

Pull ups (assisted when needed)
Bent over rows (ez curl bar)
Dumbbell pullovers

3 sets

Kettle ball swings 30 lb 15 reps
Kettle ball swings 20 lb 20 reps
Regular Pushups to failure

3 minutes of abs (non-stop)
30 second crunches
30 second bicycle crunches
repeat no rest until 3 minutes is up.

I was dead after this. Rested for about 10 minutes, then I hit the treadmill for 20 minutes of very low intensity walk. Just fast enough to keep my heart rate at about 120.

Have a great day, see you tomorrow.

I like your plan, looks pretty good. That kettle ball swing looks fun, I saw it on another Mft users profile I think. I couldn't hit 2 major body parts together, as I don't feel I would get an effective workout.
