Training 9/7

Day off, but I am not going to just sit around and do nothing.

Just finished doing the household chores (fun,fun,fun).

Now it is time to go have fun. I am going golfing.

And NO, I repeat NO, I do not ride the cart, I walk and carry my own bag...lol.

Golf Coach says I need to work on a few things so I will be hitting the driving range first. He tells me I need to gain more flexibility in my IT band, and hip flexors. I stretch all the time, but with the weight lifting, they remain tight. ( that is my excuse, sounds good. lol) I have been hitting the foam roller alot lately and it seems to help a bit.

Anyway, hope everyone is having a great weekend, and staying focused on your goals.
