Update

Well, I think I have found my new gym. I still have my membership at 24 hour fitness for those times when a holiday comes up, or if I am out of town, I can still get a workout in.

This is totally different then anything I have encountered before. I will always be working with a trainer. May not be the same trainer, but one will always be at my side. Trainers range from a power lifter, bodybuilder, mma fighter, and a figure competitor. So as you can see each day will be totally different. I have access to a nutritionist if I so choose. I can workout any time I want when they are open. It is a few bucks more then the previous trainer, but I believe it will still be a good fit.

Todays workout was legs and abs.

3 supersets on the abducter, and adducter machines I think that is what they are called.
3 supersets of lying leg curls, and single leg box squats (found out how weak my legs are)
3 sets of walking lunges. (found out the proper form today.)
3 supersets standing calf raises 50 reps, bicycle crunches holding a 25 lbs weight high above my stomach.

Diet so far today as of 7am

4 am: 3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 scoops Optimum Pro Complex
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 cup of blueberries

5 am: Workout
6 am: Optimum Recovery 2:1:1 shake
7am: 1/2 cup Egg beaters egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 cups baby spinach leaves
(above blended in magic bullet)
covered with 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

11 am: whole wheat chicken wrap w/
grilled mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, black beans, diced tomatos

230pm: Protein shake w/skim
Handful of almonds

530pm: Chicken Breast Salad w/
Spinach Leaves, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, Jalapenos.

9 pm: 2 cups No fat Cottage Cheese

Body Composition Results are in. I am back to 10 %. 10.2 % to be exact give or take a bit. Still striving to break that 10.0 barrier. I know I need to increase my food intake, but it is hard when you just are not hungry, and I don't want to lose the slight glimmer of abs that I have now. I have worked to hard just to get a glimpse of them, I don't want to lose them.

Meeting with nutritionist didn't go as well as I planned. I was hoping that she would be able to suggest a better or more fitting diet for myself. She is a runner, and fitness model, so she was not really familiar with a diet for someone that is planning on competing in a bodybuilding contest. But she was going to talk with the owner, who is a bodybuilder, and get back with me. So JAMO, I need your help.

For everyone working out today, I hope you have a great workout. See the muscle grow, and the fat disappear before you even hit the gym. See yourself getting that extra rep, running that extra lap.I believe visualizing your goal happening before you begin is key to anything.

wow, good for you!

I'm impressed! man, where do I find a gym like that around here!?
And having access to a nutritionist is key! you can work out all you want but if you don't have your diet in check, you won't get too far!
Good luck!

Good luck at your new gym.
