Introducing Mayhem

We put out the word that we wanted to give members of our community a chance to come meet the crew and participate in our video exersise video segments. We were excited to hear that one of our members screen name Mayhem decided to come join us. She is here at the film shoot getting first had personal training will we are filming with Jamo, Julien and Ves.Mayhem is going to perform a lying leg extention and a bonus lying leg curl exercise with Jamo training, oh feel the pain. Look for Mayhem's video segment in the comming weeks.

mayhem drove for an hour and half , to be part of the shoot and support us . As soon as she got there , we could see how laid back and cool she was . It was like we knew her for ZONKS (this is an australian slang for Years ) . She shot with us and even assisted us with helpfull tips towards some segments we shot .
