back workout help please
whats up mft member!! it has been a long time since i don't make a blog.
ok i want to know what you think of the back routine that i want to start to do.
i know that the back is compose of various muscles and i don't want to miss any when making a back workout. so if anyone knows of a general rule on choosing a back routine i would appreciate it.
i chose some exercises but i am not sure if they are too much or too little and i am not sure on what some do
so what i am doing is choosing pulldowns, bentover rows, seated rows,(all close and wide grip) and deadlifts
here are the exercises
wide grip pulldowns for lat
close grip underhand pulldown for lower lats
bentover overhand grip rows for back thickness
bentover underhand grip rows for lower lats
seated close grip rows for (back thickness?)
seated wide underhand grip rows for (lats?)
and deadlifts for lower back
i plan on doing three sets of 10, 8, 6 reps for each one incrementing the weight after each set
so what do you think?
any advise?

looks pretty solid to me.
looks pretty solid to me. try it out and see what your gains looks like. I like to do a few one dumbbell rows and cable rows to isolate and really squeeze the hell out of your lats.
Good luck m8
thanks for your coment
thanks for replying, glad someone did. i tried it already and it was a pretty good workout. i saw other people on the gym doing a lot of weight in these exercises but i went really low on weight. i just felt that i could focuse more on the squeeze than just trying to move the weight. i am so sore right now. haha it was a great workout.
