Need some help.
Hey MFT,
I'm Jeremy. I made this a while back when this site first started and ask for your help and i hate to say it i kinda bailed on the getting fit ordeal because all i had was 2 dumb bells, but now I changed all that. I joined a Huge gym at omni fitness. They have everything i need. been going there for about 1 month now. In saying this im Extremely deticated more that ever now, but not sure on how to achieve my goals.
basic background of me:
Height: 5'8"
weight: 215
age:20
availbility to workout: no job, TONS of time.
What I've been doing so far:
been going a lot lately, first thing..
1.warm up on treadmill, Walk at 3.5 speed and at maximum incline, I think I need WAY more cardio tho. sometimes hop on the bike for 20:00 min after full workout.
2.get off tread, and work out back/arms, different machines. been told not to work with free weights because i wont lose fat but just get bigger.
3.ever other day i work legs.
but im not to sure on exactly what to do. Looking for something that will make me stronger and leaner.
like should I 1 day back, 1day legs, 1 day arms, 1 day cardio. Im not sure thought i would come to the professionals..What I'm mainly looking for is to get lean and get cut for next summer. and I have help before, but now i just have more resources and availability. I am going to start college to go into physical therapy and like Will_i_am..I want to show my clients that i know what im talking about. :)
so anything would help me out at the moment.
