heyyyy guyz....i m a bit confusd, i hav been working out wid da same weight mayb nearly a month bt clearly i dnt find any change....so do i hav 2 increas da weight or reps.....plz help guyz...tc evry1...

Maybe it won't work for you, but i do it like this:
When i do the amount of reps i should do , i increase the weight for 2-5 pounds(depending on how heavy the exercise was).
Let's say i should do 175pound squats for 8 reps. If i do that many reps i increase the weight for 5 pounds for the next workout i'll have. Maybe the next workout i won't do 8 reps with that weight ore maybe i will. If i won't, than i'll leave the weight for the next workout, if i will lift it for 8 reps in all sets a might add, that i will increase the weight for another 5 pounds. As easy as that.

you need to start with a weight you can only do about 8 reps with, and keep trying to do more reps as you work out, until you get to 12, then you should be able to move the weight up a bit and start again with 8 reps.
