Hiking Success! Thanks MyFitTribe!

Well guys some of you know i went on a hike for 2 weeks and what a success it was. We coverd 250 km over the 2 week period and was over very hard terrain with inclines topping 900m and steep decents it was hardly ever flat which is very hard in australias climate and country might i say. I started off with 35kg on my back which is very heavy to start with but it didnt stop me one bit. With my food set out the way i did it and with help from you guys i was powering on non stop and my hiking buddies couldnt balieve it. This was mainly because i was usually the one hanging back, but i was in front of them this time by an hour or 2. I felt good, saw but never tired and had teh will there to keep climbing even when i was saw. at times i even ran up the hills haha. I even did workouts at the camps. It was one massive 2 week non stop workout.

I started off at 120kg at the start of the year, i lost 15kg just before the hike and toned up heaps. After the hike i lost only 3kg but man did i tone up and create some nice looking abs under all that fat i had. Im very pleased how it all went and id like to thank My Fit Tribe for helping me out prepare for the hike and push me forward to pursueing my goals.

Also a big thanks to Will_I_am for the protien bar recipie, those were great brother, kept me powering on but were a bit on heavy side haha. I think those and my protien shakes i took were the best thing ever.
