So tell me what kinds of FOODS do you crave (Cheat Meals)???? Is it cookies,donuts,cake, big steak, cheese cake, etc.

Im a sucker for any type of bread! Bagels, fresh italian bread and butter, pizza, sushi, sour candy!
I dont eat them often but when i get that cheat day, i sure take full advantage of it :)

LOL People seem to think that us health nuts/fitness gurus just eat healthy all the time and that if they join us they will never get to eat their favorite foods again.
After reading this list, I don't think they have a clue. We love food just as much as they do and have our favorite "cheat" foods.
I laugh as it seems like cookie dough is very popular. MMmmmm
I love all the same foods everyone has listed here. But a particular favorite is French Fries and just about any other way you can make a potato fatty and unhealthy. Tater tots, stuff baked, cheese potatoes, potato chips....you name it.
They are so terrible in terms of calories that I almost feel bad eating them as a treatmeal. One order of super size fries from MacDonalds is about a 900 calories. I could probably eat 2 boxes of them. And you never eat them alone....so yeah...mmmmm evil meal.

people think a lot of "health nuts/fitness gurus" are all healthy eating people til they see them eating a bunch of chocolate on a rampage.

2 huge greasy sizzlin pork chops with a plate of yellow rice and black beans!!
Every classic Haagen Dazs flavor especially butter pecan, cookies n'cream, and chocolate!
Hamburger Deluxe with a strawberry milkshake @ 4am after some intense partying.
Snickers bars
White castle burgers! (15 mini) with french fries and Ice Tea
Ok, so maybe I should make this clear. These aren't my cheat foods. These are the foods that I would eat in large quantities before I got lean and cut. I'm a good boy, most of time.

to be a meats eater for your "free meals"
or to be a sweets eater...
assuming its the same caloric content,... a meat/cheese/pizza is better in my opinion sort of... cause it digests slower??? lol.
but if its volume... probably sweets b/c they're purely carbs (well. not really, but what im talking about... like candy...) so its less caloric content... but its spikes ur bloodsugar and gets digsted quicker, so maybe stores fat faster>..

hrm.. would be interesting to hear BRIANS opinion.
i would add that the meat/cheese/pizza "freemeal" eater, would also be ingesting lots of unhealthy saturated fats... so not good for artieries... so i think neither is better or worse (until brian says otherwise... lolololol!!!! ) or jamo or u know.. the edu-macated peeple

or you might not consider it a cheat meal.. but i eat a TON of it...TRAIL MIX!! :D the healthykind with fruits dried, and nuts. the pineabpple mixture with melons (the orange ones i forget what fruit it is)..... its in a green bag at walmart :D lhahahahahaha

Cold stone Ice cream, cheese cake, Grecian Bak lava(Sweet), cookies, pretty much anything super sweet. Sometimes when I am trying to eat clean and I want to fight it, I will throw in just a little great value sugar free cranberry powder in my water for a little flavoring, and it will kill the craving...or I chew gum.
