Love Bugs: The BUG YOU LOVE TO HATE!

Not really a bug, LOVE BUGS are flies,
as skillful lovers they imply
that life is all in circumstance:
life cycles are at best
a chance.
On houses, fences, and windshields
the Love Bugs tend to test
my will
of patience!
Mine? Is slim to none!
once mating season
has begun!
They congregate around my doors,
my windows, and no doubt
GALORE!
A million of them can be seen
smashed close on every
window screen!
I fail to see the humor when
I'm sweeping them away again
in spring and then as fall begins
their mating cycle starts again!
Perhaps there should be
BIRTH CONTROL
for creatures of their caliber;
but until pills or sprays are found
Love Bugs will live to fool around!

Great Poem Teri....I don't like those things though, or any kind of bug. Then again there are certain people who eat bugs and say there nutritious haha. I wouldn't do it unless I was on fear factor and wasn't fasting. :P

I know there is no way I would
intentionally eat a love bug...they smell very bitter! I would eat a worm first! lol
