July 22, 2008 My third year anniversary of WEIGHT TRAINING! WOO HOO--WITH PICS!
Okay, guys and gals, I am excited today BECAUSE it marks three years since I began weight training.
I have lost 30 pounds and lost 45 inches all over my body. I am leaping tall buildings in a single bound!!!!

A N D boys and girls, I will be 48 years old in TWO DAYS!!!!
I am ecstatic! I am enthusiastic!
I am feeling absolutely spectacular today! And loving this body I am creating with hard work, nutrition, and steel!
No doubt, I will always have a bubble butt...but I can live with that.
Share my joy, share my excitement, share my enthusiasm, and remember that if I can do this YOU CAN TOO!
I love you all~~ and all these pics were as wonderful as I could get with a LOT of creativity, a white bed sheet, and and a seven second timer on my camera. LOL!
